Staff has <br />calculated that there will a 1.2% increase in hardcover in the <br />75-250' setback area. Mabusth said there will be a 1' to 1.5' <br />encroachment of the average lakeshore setback line. <br />Planning Commissioner Hanson asked Mr. Copley whether he <br />would be willing to remove existing hardcover in order to keep <br />the percent of hardcover the same? <br />Mr. Copley said that he would prefer not to remove any of <br />the existing hardcover.
