Other issues raised by Planning Commission members. <br />Statement of Hardship <br />Please review Exhibit E1 &2. <br />Options of Action <br />To approve as proposed or amended if applicants’ driveway is to be expanded from current proposal. <br />Revised plans should be submitted to the City before the application can be scheduled before the <br />Council for final action. In no case shall hardcover within the 75-250* setback exceed the allowed <br />25%. <br />4
