S 10.42 <br />C. Open Spaces. The physical design may include <br />nore than one building; however, should such building provide an <br />open space between two buildings, said space shall be not less than <br />one-half the sum of the heights of the two buildings. <br />feet. <br />D. Site and drainage <br />plans shall be submitted by the applicant in such detail as <br />required by the Council and those plans shall be reviewed by the <br />City Engineer before submission to the Planning Commission and <br />Council for approval. Such runoff may be required to be properly <br />c'' ’^neled into a natural water course, ponding area, storm drain or <br />ouicr public facilities. Any change in grade affecting water <br />runoff whether onto adjacent property or otherwise must be in <br />compliance with the Surface Water Management Plan and shall be <br />consistent with other applicable regulations and City Code <br />provisions and subject to the approval of other agencies having <br />jurisdiction over the area affected by the drainage. <br />ORONO CC 344 (4-1-84) <br />i
