S 10.09 <br />Subd. 3, Conditional Uses: Application. Whenever this <br />Zoning Chapter requires a conditional use permit, an application <br />therefor in writing may be filed with the Zoning Administrator <br />together with such filing fee as may be established by the Council <br />and shall be accompanied by a site plan and such information and <br />showing as may be necessary or desirable, including, but not <br />limited to, the following: <br />A. <br />setbacks noted. <br />B. <br />footage. <br />Site plan drawn at scale dimensions with <br />Location of all buildings, heights, and square <br />C. <br />D. <br />Curb cuts, driveways, parking sptes. <br />Off-street loading areas. <br />by shift. <br />E. Drainag«t> plan. <br />F. Type of b;siness, proposed number of employees <br />G. Proposed floor plan with use indicated and <br />building elevations. <br />H. Sanitary sewer and water plan with estimated use <br />per day. <br />I.
