LR-IB ONB FAMILY LAKESBORB RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. <br />Subd. I. Purpose. Tha *LR-lB* One Family Lakeshora <br />Raaidantial Diatrict ia intended to provide a district which will <br />allow a combination of aadlum danaity raaidantial developments and <br />liaitad agricultural activity. Planned residential davalopmants <br />may ba allowed by conditional use permits. Tha proposed land use <br />may not endanger tha quality of storm water runoff into Lake <br />Minnetonka or Long Lake. Tha loning Dsa Districts as designated on t;.a Official loning Nap shall remain unchanged with tha adoption of this Saction. Tha provisions of this Saction, including tha designation of Flood Plain and Wetlands Cofisarvation Areas, shall ba in addition to all other provisions of this Chapter. Whenever conflicts occur between other provisions of this Chapter and provisions of this Saction, tha most rastrictiva provision shall prevail.Subd. 7. Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation. Tha Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation shall ba an elevation no <br />lower than one foot above the elevation of tha regional flood plus <br />any increases in flood elevation caused by encroachments on the <br />flood plain. <br />A. The regulatory flood protection elevation within <br />the Floodway and Flood Fringe Districts shall ba established by <br />adding l.O foot to tha Base Flood Water Surface Elevations within <br />Floodway listed in tha Floodway Data Table contained in tha Flood <br />Insurance Study. Regulatory flood protection elevations between <br />cross-sections shall ba interpolated. <br />B. Tha regulatory flood protection elevation for <br />Lake Minnetonka shall ba 932.5 MSL. <br />C. Tha regulatory flood protection elevation within <br />tha General Flood Plain District shall ba calculated by a qualified <br />registered professional engineer in accordance with procedures set <br />forth herein. <br />Subd, 8. Development Restrictadi Prohibition. Except as <br />hereinafter specifically permitted, no filling, grading, dredging, <br />excavation, hardcover, temporary or permanent structures, <br />obstructions, septic systems, wall or other construction shall ba <br />allowed within the Flood Plain and Wetlands Conservation Areai nor <br />on any lands within 26 feet theraofi nor on any land within 75 feet <br />of the ordinary highwater elevation of any lake shoreline, not on <br />land abutting, adjoining or affecting said area if such activity <br />upon those adjacent areas is incompatible with tha ^llcles <br />expressed in this Section and tha preservation of those <br />conservation areas in their natural state. <br />Subd. 9. Floodway District (FW). Tha following uses <br />have a low flood damage potential and do not obstruct flood flows. <br />These uses ahall ba permitted within tha Floodway District to the <br />extent that they are not prohibited by any other City coda <br />provision and provided all permits or authorisations are received <br />as may be required by other City Coda provisions or <br />other governmental agencies having jurisdiction, including without <br />limitation, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, tha <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, and the Lake Minnetonka <br />Conservation District.
