Applicant's addendum. Exhibit B. advises of plans to redevelop church property to the <br />immediate north. It is not clear why applicant did not seek to vacate the entire right-of-way. The <br />City learned in earlier reviews that the church structure encroaches 9' into the right-of-w'ay of <br />Navarre Lane. <br />Review Exhibits T and U. note the utilities within the 33' of right-of-way to be vacated. Municipal <br />water lines and telephone lines are located within the right-of-way. Applicant shall grant easements <br />over the utilities.
