These duplexes were built on wider lots than <br />most houses in the older parts of the neighborhood. Duplexes in Area III had a much <br />higher proportion of garages in the good to excellent categories than the other areas. <br />There were also many properties that do not have a garage at all. The majority of garage roofs are in the fair <br />to excellent categories. There were a few garages which have roofs in poor to dilapidated <br />condition.
