The <br />purpose of the review is to consider the seven lot plan that includes two cul-de-sac <br />roads. Planning Commission should review the pertinent sections of the Subdivision <br />and Zoning Codes to determine whether the subdivision conforms to requirements <br />of the Code, as well as to the City's park plans for the area.
