Newman <br />1655 Bohns Point Road <br />Variance(s)-Public Hearing <br />Zoning District: <br />LR-IB One Family Lakeshore Residential District (1 Acre) <br />Lot Area:Irregular <br />Application:The applicant requests a variance on behalf of his clients to remove an <br />existing residence and construct a new residence that would be located <br />partially forward of the average lakeshore setback.
