Code Section <br />11.32, Subdivision 1 requires that the subdivider at his <br />expense improve the public and private roadway to a standard <br />acceptable to the City. However, the issue as to how far <br />east this developer should be responsible for, is not <br />defined because the developer does not own the property <br />where his driveway accesses the existing private easement <br />road. The question is, if the City requires this developer <br />to provide a cul-de-sac (which is definitely needed for <br />maintenance purposes) should it be dedicated from within <br />this plat, or from neighboring properties to the east? <br />i
