This would cause a deaease in our <br />property value. <br />We as one of the affected neighbors feel the following should be adheared to without exception, <br />according to the City of Orono codes; <br />30 foot set back from road <br />10 foot set bac k from property Iine <br />Other concerns of grave importance that must be considered: <br />Height-All the homes on the block art single story rancn type <br />Sight line- The homes are basic ally co n si stent driving in and out <br />What are the effects of heavy trucks on an already marginal roadâ–  <br />Water run i: Which is already critical <br />Decrease in sun light by proposed 2 story dwelling:Affecting the following: <br />Yard landscaping <br />Powell Shake Roof <br />We thank the Commission tor helping us in this matter.
