A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARLANCE <br />TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.24, SUBDIVISION 5 (B) <br />FILE NO. 2192 <br />WHEREAS, Robert E Beutier and Wendy K Beutler (hereinafter "the <br />applicants") aie the owners of the property located at 1331 North Arm Drive within the City <br />of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and legally described as follows <br />refer to Exhibit A, attached (hereinafter "the property"), and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for a variance to Municipal <br />Zoning Code Section 10 24, Subdivision (B) to permit the construction of a new residence on <br />a property that does not meet the required lot width of 140' measured at the shoreline at 74.89’ <br />and 83' at the 75' setback <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLATD by the City Council of Orono, <br />1 <br />2 <br />FINDINGS <br />This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2192. <br />The property is located in the LR-IB Single Family Lakeshore Residential <br />Zoning District requiring one acre in area. <br />The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on November 18, <br />\ggf- ^nd recommended approval of the proposed variance based upon the <br />following unique findings or hardships: <br />A.
