The homeoxxTiers association of the Lafayette Ridge <br />Planned Residential Development has been advised of the need to retain ownership of the outlot as <br />a condition of approval of the final plat of Lafayette Ridge approved by the Cities of Orono and <br />Minnetonka Beach in March of 1978.
