3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />accompanied by a letter of credit written to 150% of the cost of the installation of the <br />mound septic system and final upgrades of driveways. The subdi\ ision and <br />accompanying documents cannot be filed until the City is in receipt of both <br />agreement and letter of credit. <br />Subdivider shall be responsible for fencing off all septic sites wthin the subdivision <br />before any land alterations. <br />Access to Lots 1,3 and 4 shall be via Outlot A, the private driveway. Access to Lot <br />2 shall be via an approved single curb cut at North Shore Drive West or County Road <br />No. 19. Future owner or developer of site shall be responsible for obtaining a permit <br />from Hennepin County Department of Transportation. Access to Lots 5 and 6 shall <br />be via a shared drive along the side shared lot line at North Shore Drive West or <br />County Road 19. Easements over access drive shall be created in favor of both lots. <br />The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with cither the Hennepin <br />County Recorder's Office or a Registrar of Titles' Office on or before May 12,1997 <br />together with a certified original copy of this resolution and e.xecuted copies of the <br />covenants and easements noted above. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by <br />the date specified above.
