The address to which any notice, demand, or other w riting may be gi ven or made <br />or sent to any party as above provided may be changed by written notice given by such <br />party as above provided. <br />25. NOTICE OF PEFAIJI T <br />Lessee shall not be deemed to be in default under this Agreement in the payment <br />of rent or the payment of any other moneys as required or in the furnishing of any bond oi <br />insurance policy when required in this Agreement unless Lessor shall first give to Lessee <br />90 days written notice ot the default and Lessee fails to cure the default w ithin 90 days. <br />Except as to the provisions or events referred to in the preceding paragraph of this <br />section. Lessee shall not be deemed to be in default under this Agreement unless Lessor <br />shall first give to Lessee 90 days written notice of the default, and Lessee fails to cure the <br />default within the 90-day period, or, if the default is of such a nature that it cannot be <br />cured within 90 days, Lessee tails to commence to cure the default within the period of 90 <br />days or fails thereafter to proceed to the curing of the default with all possible dilig <br />26. DEFAULT <br />ence. <br />In the event ol any breach of the Agreement by Lessee, and after the notice and <br />time periods set forth in Section 25. Le.ssor, in addition to the other rights c cmedies it <br />may have, shall have the immediate right of re-entry and may remove all p.rso.i and <br />property from the demised premises.
