Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0 <br />B. FINAL PLAT - RESOLUTION #3773 <br />Hurr moved, Goetten seconded, to adopt Resolution #3773 granting approval of the final <br />plat of Linden Woods. Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0 <br />(#4) #2135 PAUL HEDLUND/EDNA ALBEE ESTATE, 1575 LONG LAKE <br />BOULEVARD - VARIANCE <br />The executor to the estate asked that the application be tabled as they were not prepared <br />noting the resignation of their Realtor. <br />Callahan moved, Jabbour seconded, to table Application #2135 to the November 25, <br />1996 meeting of the Council Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />Callahan asked Staft'to keep track of what is occurring with the application Gaftron <br />reported that he had spoken with the Realtor on this date, who informed him that he was <br />no longer representing the applicant. <br />(#5) #2159 JAMES AND JOANN JUNDT, 1400 BRACKETTS POINT ROAD - <br />VARIANCE <br />The applicant was not represented. <br />Callahan moved, Goetten seconded, to table Application #2159 to the November 12, <br />1996 meeting of the Council.
