Building and Zoning <br />Administrator Jeanne Mabusth, Assistant Planning and Zoning Administrator Michael <br />Gaftron, and Recorder Sherry Frost. Mayor Callahan called the meeting to order at 7 02 <br />p.m. <br />(*#1) CONSENT AGENDA <br />Items #8, 11, 14, and 15 were added to the Consent Agenda. <br />Hurr moved, Goetten seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. V'ote: <br />Ayes 4, Nays 0 <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />(-#2) REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 9,1996 <br />Hurr moved, Goetten seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Regular City Council <br />Meeting of September 9, 1996. Vote; Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />No Park Commission member was present at this time <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />Planning Commissioner Stoddard had no comments. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Lloyd Fairbanks, 95 Willow Drive North, informed the Council that the culvert he <br />reported problems with at the June meeting has been ground down and the road <br />blacktopped within two weeks after his request.
