Final Plat of Lot Line Rearrangement Resolution <br />The applicants have fulfilled all conditions of preliminary subdivision approval and provided <br />all required submittals for final plat approval as set forth in Resolution No. 3676, the resolution <br />granting preliminary approval of the lot line rearrangement (Exhibit A). Counci Imembers may <br />remember that conceptual approval was granted for the proposed vacation and that the formal <br />vacation would not be scheduled for Council's formal action until applicant had submitted the <br />final plat rqi^lication. Council must first adopt the vacation resolution and then the resolution <br />approving the final plat of Linden Woods. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the vacation resolution vacating Ridge Place, Clyde Place and <br />portions of Oak Street as dedicated in the plat of Minnetonka Summit Park. Council may then <br />adopt or amend the resolution granting approval of the final plat of Linden Woods.
