WEST <br />While at the development plans stage, the inclusion of internal trails appeared to be <br />an asset, now that homes have been constructed and the development has become <br />a "neighborhood", it is clear that the trails would negatively impact the open, natural <br />beauty of the area. <br />♦ Final point: At present there is no vocal public constituency seeking the trails. <br />There is_a public constituency opposed to them.
