SEP 3 <br />September 2,1996 <br />Mr. Ron Moorse <br />Orono City Council <br />Orono, Minnesota 55356 <br />re: proposed internal trail system within Thoroughbred Meadows <br />development (Tony Eiden Company) <br />Dear Mr. Moorse: <br />This letter pertains to the recent discussion between the residents of <br />the Thoroughbred Meadows development of Orono ( Tony Eiden Company/ <br />Putnam Development) and the Orono City Council pertaining to the <br />proposed internal trail system within this sector. As you learned during <br />that council meeting, virtually none of the residents of this development <br />were aware of any such proposed trail system prior to the weekend <br />preceeding that meeting. As you are also aware, there is profound <br />frustration and unanimous concensus opposing such a system. <br />Because of the above, we would very much appreciate furthur discussion <br />regarding this matter with all members of the Council.
