ORDINANCE It____, 2ND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMEiNDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ORONO <br />BY LISTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES <br />IN THE CITY AS REZONED FROM LR-IC TO B-5 <br />The City Council of the City of Orono ordains; <br />SECTION 1. The Municipal Code of Orono is hereby amended by amending the official zoning <br />map and zoning use district boundaries for property legally described below: <br />Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22, "Wiley's Navarre Addition, Lake Minnetonka"; and all <br />that part of Lot 5, Block 3, Townsite of Langdon Park described as follows; <br />Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 5, thence <br />northwesterly along the northerly line of said Lot 5 to the <br />northeasterly line of the public highway running across said Lot 5, <br />and known as Minnetonka Lake Park and Maple Plain Road (now <br />County Road 19) thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line <br />of said road to the easterly line of Lot 5, thence northerly along the <br />easterly line of said Lot 5 to the point of beginning. <br />AND <br />Than portion of Navarre Lane located northwesterly of the southeasterly 33 feet <br />thereof lying between the northeasterly right-of-way line of County Road 19 and <br />the southeasterly extension of the southwesterly line of Olive Avenue. <br />Said property is hereby rezoned from the LR-IC, Single Family Lakeshore Residential District <br />to B-5, Limited Neighborhood Business District. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published in THE LAKER/PIONEER newspaper and shall <br />be effective upon publication. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held on the 26th day of August, 1996. <br />ATTEST; <br />Dorothy M.
