He proposes the rezoning of that property and the adjacent portions of Navarre Lane <br />from LR-IC to B-5, for the purpose of constructing a light retail/ofTice building on the property <br />which conceptually may include a bank, drive-up auto tellers, and two-story retail/office <br />building. The conceptual proposal would include parking areas, a stormwater holding pond and <br />request for vacation of a portion of Navarre Lane. This item is before the Council at the <br />August 26 meeting pursuant to the applicant's July 2 request that this item be expedited due <br />to the timeframe of his option on the property (see Exhibit J of the 8/14/96 memo).
