Applicants note the residence has existed on the property for over thirty <br />years. The area of the property is consistent with the pattern of development in the surrounding <br />neighborhood. A residence can be constructed on the property and meet the required LR-IB zoning <br />setback standards. <br />Issues for Consideration <br />1. Any issues raised by the Planning Commission. <br />Options of Action <br />To deny, approve or approve as amended. Any recommendation of approval must include the <br />condition that applicants' contractor obtain a demolition permit for the removal of the existing <br />residence prior to its demolition. <br />:
