A.s we nave not had <br />a chance to talk to you in detail since the preparation of the 1994 scope, we have not changed it <br />for tliis proposal. However, we would be happy to meet with you to fine-tune it to your current <br />nerds, .is well as to ihe latest mcihodologie.s we are u.sing. In particular, it may be possible to <br />improve on the wetlands protection element. <br />The fee has been increased by fCr to reflect otir cost increases over the past * .* » yr;irs. The <br />proposed fee of 510K.200 incorporates a reduction of S26,500 to reflect the . »t ’ . of the work <br />which will be handled by City Staff. In panicular, a good portion of the wcviard., protection <br />element can be performed in-house by the City. Again, we would be happy to meet with you to <br />tailor the scope and cost to your budget requirements.
