Structural coverage <br />proposed at 6.6% is not an issue. Hardcover in the 75-250' setback area proposed at 18.1% <br />and in the 250-500' setback area at 19.5% is also not an issue. Setback variances requested <br />are as follows: <br />Section 10.23, Subd. 6 (B) - Street/front setback. <br />Required = 50' <br />Proposed family room addition = 30' (existing porch == 35.1') <br />Variance = 20' or 20% <br />Proposed roofed entry = 42' <br />Variance = 8 ’ or 16% <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the setback variances as <br />proposed.
