Request for Council Action continued <br />Page 2 <br />June 6, 1996 <br />Zoning File #2112 Richard and Janet Putnam, 2765 Casco Point Road <br />Staff reviewed the hardcover on the property (see May 15 memo) and concluded that the <br />hardcover bo»h before and after replacement of the deck meets the intent of Resolution No. <br />2254. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of an after-the-fact variance for reconstruction of the subject deck, <br />and further recommends that the applicant obtain an after-the-fact permit for said deck, and that <br />the inspections department complete the appropriate inspections. Applicant has paid the after- <br />the-fact fee for what staff considered a renewal variance application. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />Planning Commission at their May 20 meeting recommended approval per the staff <br />recommendation on a vote of 5-0. <br />Options for Action <br />1. Approve per staff and Planning Commission recommendation, <br />2.
