While 1 have <br />allot to learn about the many unicjue things and various regulations of Orono (no, I have <br />not yet finished reading the library you delivered), 1 have a great desire to contribute and <br />compliment the current stal f and commissioners. <br />As you arc aware, I became involved with Orono staff/rcgulations during improvements <br />to our 1(X) year old house, and Laura and myself plan to live in our home for many, many <br />years. We want to thank you for your thoughtful but fair decisions which helped and <br />guided us during the improvement priK'ess. We started with a rough gem of a properly <br />which inclutled a guest house, boat house, wetland area and lake frontage, a lucky find <br />lhe.se days, and are happy to have completed our transformation. <br />1 will keep in mind Orontt's desire to protect our natural resources while helping the <br />resident/homeowner as you did with us.
