Council conceptually approved (refer to Exhibit F) <br />me subdivision and partial vacation of Hill Street along with the waiving of a sewer unit <br />assessment against combined Utts 17 and 18. Refer to Exhibits G <br />18 were owned by James I’atrin and were assessed a sewer unit allowing for the eventua <br />development of the substandard parcel, Skoogs and Christensens have jointly purchased me <br />properw based on Council's conceptual approval of the proposal. Review Exhibit E, me <br />applicants have formally requested the waiving of the sewer assessment. <br />Review to Exhibit H, Skoogs, the owners of Lots 9 and 10, will acquire vacated Hill Street^ <br />Lot ’ 8 Chri-tensens me owners of Lots 15 and 16, will acquire Lot 17. Upon approval of the <br />Lbd'ivision, applicant ’s wiil be required to file the legal combination of the divided parcels along <br />with the vacated right-of-way. <br />Annlicants ’ sur\^eyor confirmed on May 8th that there were no utilities within the portion of Hill <br />Street to be vacated. John Gerhardson has asked that a drainage and utility easement be taken <br />over the southern 10’ of vacated Hill Street. This will allow the Skoogs adequate area to expand <br />their residence without encroaching upon the easement.
