The court would maintain jurisdiction for purposes of
monitoring Defendants’ progress and may order modifications of Defendants’ plans on motion
of either party or on its own motion.
At that point, the court may retain jurisdiction, or create an oversight committee
consisting of one member from a list proposed by Defendants, one member from a list proposed
by Plaintiffs and one member of its own choosing.
Dated:
Respectfully Submitted,
REINHARDT AND ANDERSON
By: Jeffrey R.
