It is also the opinion of this individual, that the only way w e can procure legal <br />use of this driveway, is to purchase the entire lot, w hich would require a resolution from llie city of Orono <br />to: A approve rcconvc>ance (in which case they would have to contact the county assessor’s office for the <br />proper forms). B. approve a lot split of lot 23, block 7, Crystal Bay View (according to city procedures), <br />and C if Orono has a housing and rcdc\clopnicnt authority, approve our request tiuit tlicy sell the lot to <br />us, after they buy it from tlie county.
