Section 18. Chapter 12 of the Municipal Code of Orono is hereby amended by amending Section <br />12.30 Subd. 6 E. l.(c) as follows: <br />(c)System Failure Non-Conforming aystema Non-Compliant <br />systems discharging pollutants shall have the sewage tanks regularly pumped to limit or eliminate <br />effluent discharge until satisfactory repairs have been completed. <br />Need or Reasonableness:The State amended the MFC A Regulations, Chapter 7080 <br />and the City Code amendment will make our terminolgy consistent with theirs <br />Section 19. Chapter 12 of the Municipal Code of Orono is hereby amended by amending Section <br />12 30 Subd 7 B 3 as follows <br />3 Outhouses shall be constructed in accordance with MPCA Regulations Chapter <br />7080 0210 Subp. 4, except that sealed vault type outhouses shall not be permitted. <br />Need or Reasonableness:The State amended the MPCA Regulations, Chapter 7080 <br />and the City Code amendment will make fewer future revisions necessary.
