In the review of the application, <br />it was recommended that vacated right-of-way extend to the north adjacent to the church property <br />eastward to the intersection of Olive Avenue, refer to Exhibit F. Application #2126 has been filed <br />and a legal notice published to cover the vacation of the remainder of the right-of-way as required <br />by State statute. Rather than vacate just the 33' adjacent to the O'Sullivan property. Council concepmally <br />approved the vacation of Navarre Lane commencing at the intersection of County Road 19 <br />extended to the intersection of Olive Avenue. The eastern portions of the vacated right-of-way <br />may serve as part of a retention pond to be developed by the O'Sullivan group to maintain runoff <br />from the development of their property. <br />The City shall obtain drainage and utility easements over the entire 66' of vacated right-of-way <br />to ensure access to telephone, gas, sewer and water lines within the right-of-way.
