Request for Council Action continued <br />Page 4 <br />May 9, 1996 <br />Zoning File #2125 Richaid ClifTo’’d, 4760 North Shore Drive <br />1. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />Prior to the City issuing a building permit for the new construction, applicant <br />must arrange for a meeting with the Hennepin DOT and the Otvoo staff to <br />determine the need for any improvements within the County right-of-way or on <br />property to minimize impact of additional drainage. <br />Payment of a $225.00 plant charge with the building permit application. <br />Silt fence to be installed on southwest boundar>' of construction site until <br />groundcover is established. <br />Applicant to provide a landscape plan for south yard in the area of the land <br />alterations. <br />Access to the property shall be gained via unimproved Park Avenue at the north <br />lot line. Applicant shall be responsible for participating in upgrade and regular <br />maintenance of driveway and to provide appropriate address signage at both <br />intersection of Tonkaview Avenue and at north lot line of property. Applicant's <br />address shall be changed from Nortli Shore Drive to Tonkaview Avenue. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution.
