The land alterations <br />involve the cutting of a bank to allow for a walkout to the south (County road). <br />The property owner has received lot area and lot width variance approvals from <br />the City in both 1984 and 1986. With the passage of the City's new Shoreland <br />Regulations in April of 1992, a bluff has been located within the street yard <br />adjacent to the County road.
