MN 55323-0066 <br />Rc: File No. 13982 <br />Dear John: <br />The Kelly Avenue sanitary sewer replacement is necessary as part of the cities plan to correct system <br />deficiencies and reduce inflow and infiltration. The segment of line to be replaced was televised and <br />deierrriined to be a problem area for the maintenance staff. <br />The construction estimate for the project vvas $45,000 and the low bid was $40,595.50. The project <br />is in an area where the groundwater is 6 to 8 feet above to the pipeline.
