The proposed improvement will not be contran' to the intent of the <br />comprehensive Community Management Plan. <br />5.The proposed improvement has been found to be compatible wth zoning and <br />official control amendments being considered by the City. <br />6.The proposed improvement does not adversely impact the health, safety or <br />welfare of the citizens. <br />7.The proposed improvement meets the requirements of the Orono City Code and <br />State Law. <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby <br />grants a variance to Ordinance No. 144, Second Series, Section 5 to permit the construction <br />of a 26 ’ X 26 ’ addition to the rear of the residence located at 3585 Sixth Avenue North. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, .Minnesota at a regular <br />meeting held on the 8th day of Apnl, 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
