The City <br />will make its determination from the designated wetland map and topographic maps. <br />A drainage easement shall be taken over the designated wetland. <br />Basement elevations for new construction should not be below 951 elevation in order to <br />allow for adequate clearance below footing and grade of the sewer service pipe. <br />Erosion control shall be maintained during construction in order to protect designated <br />wetland. A 26' setback must be maintained for all construction activities involving filling <br />and grading. All structures must also meet the 26* setback. <br />An additional sewer payment of $350 is required to be paid with building permit for either <br />Tract B or Tract C.
