On October 9,1995 the City Council conditionally approved <br />variances to allow this addition; however, the resolutions were not signed and the variance expired. <br />A building permit was not issued and the conditions of the variance were not followed. The <br />structure also does not meet the requirements of the building code in respect to foundation <br />construction. <br />Therefore the City must require you to remove the structure as soon as possible. Your failure to <br />contact the City with a removal schedule before March 17,1997 will result in legal action.
