Coinin' and City Staff. The plans have been revised to show changes discussed <br />at these meetings and in letters dated March 6th and \farch Sth. 1996. from David K. <br />Zetterstrom. Hennepin Count\' and Sheldon J Johnson, BRAA. re.spectively. Fite propo.sal <br />is feasible from an engineering standpoint and we would recommend approval contingent <br />on the following list of conditions; <br />1. Utilities: Plans and specifications should be prepared for the semce line connections, <br />with as-built plans provided to the Cit>’ upon completion. The Public Works <br />Department should discuss any potential problems associated with the additional cover <br />over the existing water main. <br />W <br />2. Grading: A grading, drainage and erosion control plan should be prepared that shows <br />both the existing and proposed contours, building locations and elevations, stoimwater <br />pond and erosion contn-l measures to be u.sed during coiistniction. A wetland <br />delineation should be done and the wetland limits should be .shown on the plan. <br />Details should be provided for any retaining walls. Easements should be obtained tf <br />any grading is done outside of the property limits. <br />3. Drainage: Plans should be jircjiared for the pond outlet and storm sewer. Drainage <br />and jjoiuling calculations sliould be provided for our review. Minnehaha Creek <br />Watershed District review and approval is necessary'. <br />5. Kasemenls: Utililv easeinent.s will need to be provided tor the existing water main, <br />telephone cable and any other existing utilities located in Navarre Lane. Drainage and <br />utility easements shoiil ' be provided 5 feet wide along the lot lines and 10 feet wide <br />along the two County road right-of-ways.
