Two members moved to approve the application as proposed subject to the
satisfaction of the City staff that all internal traffic issues were resolved before presenting
application to the Council. Tlie two members who denied the motion conceded that the three
variances sought by applicant were acceptable as long as the many safety issues and obvious
failings of the internal traffic plan were solved. If internal traffic problems could not be
addressed effectively, then they would have to recommend denial of the application.
Mr. O’Sullivan has submitted a letter requesting rescheduling before the Planning Commission
to reconlimi for the entire Planning Commission that internal traffic issues have been resolved
to both the County and City staffs satisfaction.
List of E.xhibits
A
B
C
D
E
F
G
H
I
Applicant’s Request for Rescheduling Before the Planning Commission
Hennepin DOT, Zetterstrom Report, 3/6/96
Boneslroo, Sheldon J.
