Will it be of the same <br />exterior finish? What of the car wash? Applicant should provide Council with some definite <br />information as to e.xterior finish. Applicant should provide an elevation of these structures <br />before Council takes final action. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The five-member Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the application <br />as amended cranting conditional use permits tor a Class 1 restaurant and a motor fuel station, <br />vanances as set forth above, conceptually approves the vacation of the right-of-way of Navarre <br />Lane as recommended by staff, and approves the commercial site plan prepared by Cl <br />Construction. Inc. dated 3/6/96. most revised date 3/12/96, for "O’Sullivans Development. <br />Convenience Store.O^estaurant Facility" at the property ’ located at 3340 Shoreline Drive, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1.As part of the expanded vacation application for Navarre Lane, applicant shall <br />provide survey locating retention pond on church property and vacated right-ot- <br />way. Applicant to provide drainage and ponding calculations to support the <br />sizing of pond. The City Engineer to advise applicant of additional storage area <br />sought by City within retention pond. This information should be available to <br />the City in conjunction with the vacation application for the April Planning <br />Commission meeting and should be submitted no later than Tuesday, April 2. <br />1996. <br />Upon application for a building permit, applicant shall provide the following <br />information for the review of the City Engineer: <br />a.Plans and specifications for service line connections with as-built plans <br />provided to the City upon completion. The Public Works Department <br />shall consider any potential problems associated with additional cover <br />placed over existing water main. <br />Gradina, drainage and erosion control plan showing e.xisting and proposed <br />contours, building locations, elevations, stormwater pond and erosion <br />control measures to be used during construction. Details should be <br />provided for any retaining walls. Easements should be obtained if any
