Therefore, <br />it is best to keep all options open by either maintaining the right-of-way on the Valek property, <br />or by continuing action regarding the Valek parcel until a determination is made regarding access <br />to the open space property. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQLT:STED: <br />A Motion to confirm the Council’s approval of the addition of 1/2 acre of the tax forfeit <br />parcel to the rear of the Valek ’s property with the condition that the Valek ’s deed a 20 <br />foot right-of-way to the city as access to the potential park area. <br />B.Continue action regarding the Valek property to enable time to determine the best access <br />option for the open space property.
