This will ensure the plans and specifications include any items <br />required by the permit, i.e. additional ponding required by the MCWD <br />permit. <br />Develop a construction project schedule that provides sufficient time for each <br />stage of the project from the feasibility report to the plans and specifications, <br />to construction. <br />Provide an estimate of easement costs as part of the total project costs. <br />Bonestroo project staff meet with the Public Works Director, and a Finance <br />staff person and/or the City Administrator, on a weekly basis during the <br />project construction period to identify any known or potential additional cost <br />items. Any potential cost overruns must be authorized by the City Council <br />prior to incurring the costs, unless it is an emergency situation in which a <br />delay would cause additional costs. <br />6. If easement acquisitions will require additional construction items; advise the <br />Council that some easement costs will include additional construction costs, <br />and request the Council to authorize the additional construction costs tluough <br />a change order. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve CtianEe Orders 1 and 2 to the Brown Road Reconstruction - SAP 152- <br />107-01 and Watertown Road Culvert - SAP 152-103-01 Projects, in the amounts ot <br />$37,842.00 and $44,041.65 respectively. <br />Isv
