The existing <br />residence and all additional structures on property are to be removed. The borrowing of 600 <br />cubic yards is not authorized under the scope of the building permit for the new construction. <br />Pertinent Ordinances <br />Section 10.24, Subd. 5(B) - Lot width va-Sance. <br />Required = 140' <br />OHWL = lor <br />75' setback = 101' <br />Variance = 39' or 27.8% <br />Section 10.03, Subd. 14(C) - Review of stnictural coverage. <br />Total lot area = 68.078 s.f. or 1.56 acres <br />Allowed = 10.212 s.f. <br />Proposed = 3,926 s.f. or 5.7% <br />No variance required <br />Section 10.03, Subds. 20 and 21 - Conditional use pennit has been required as applicant <br />proposes the horrowing of 600 cubic yards of fill to allow a walkout design.
