The provisions of this Section including the designation of Flood Plain and Wetlands Conservation Areas, shall be in addition to all other provisions of this Chapter. Whenever conflicts occur between other provisions of this Chapter and provisions of this Section, the most restrictive provision shall prevail. Subd. 7. Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation.
