Shall be 75 feet for all structures except <br />that on lakeshore lots divided by a major thoroughfare, <br />not in excess of 20 square feet in area and 48 inches In is <br />allowed on the lakeshore portion of the lot and requires a bui g <br />permit froai the City. <br />B. No principal or accessory structure shall <br />\r%emf-md within 75 feet of the lakeshore nor closer to the <br />lakeshore than the average distance from the shoreline of <br />residence buildings on adjacent lots (refer/ to Oron^o Manual of <br />Design Standards and Specifications) except that this does not <br />apply to structure allowed in subsection A above. <br />Subd. 2. Lakeshore Hardcover and Land Alteration <br />Regulations. Within 75 feet of shoreline there shall be no <br />excavating, filling, hardcover, temporary or permanent <br />except as permitted under Subdivision 1 of this section. Within 75 <br />to 250 feet of the shoreline there shall be no ^raater than 251 <br />hardcover. Within 250 feet to 500 feet of the shoreline there <br />shall be no greater than 30% hardcover.
