3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />ATTEST: <br />Kevin Holmes shall grant drainage and utility easement along the exterior lot lines <br />of Parcels B and C. <br />The aforesaid division shoun on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed by <br />the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County Recorder's Office or Registrar of <br />Titles Office on or before August 12, 1996 together with a certified original copy of <br />this resolution. <br />The subdividers are hereby advised that in order to fulfill the intent of this <br />subdivision, that additional documentation must be created to provide for the legal <br />transfer of Fee Title and granting of easements. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the div ision has not been fi'ed <br />by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new <br />application with the City of Orono for subdiv ision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono.
