yt <br />0.Y TV-'- <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A METES AND BOUNDS <br />SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br />555 AND 585 STUBBS BAY ROAD NORTH <br />FILE NO. 2096 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized end existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has <br />adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of a <br />lot line rearrangement by Kevin Holmes and Orchard Park Farm Inc.(hereinafter "the subdividers") <br />of properties legally described on the surv'ey attached to this resolution as Parcels A, B and C <br />(hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have compitied all requirements of the City for a metes <br />and bounds subdivision (Class I) of a .• ■ r.;e rearrangement for division and combination purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFO kE, be IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the metes aiid bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for the <br />subdividers as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg, a licensed surv'eyor of <br />Coffin and Gronberg, Inc., dated December 1, 1995, revised January 31. 1996 and attached to this <br />resolution, subject to the following conditions; <br />1. Upon the approval of this division by the City Council, Kevin Holmes shall apply to <br />the City for the legal combination for tax purposes of the parcels described as B and <br />C in the above referenced sur.ey. <br />2. Hie subdividers shall grant road and utility easements to the City over 33' of right-of- <br />way of a public road shown as Stubbs Bay Road North on that same survey. <br />Page 1 of 2
