r <br />1. <br />4. <br />Prior to new residential construction on Lot 2, all preliminary and alternate septic <br />sites must be fenced off prior to all related construction activities. <br />Prior to the City issuing a Certificate of Occupancy for the new residence on Lot <br />2, the existing non-conforming septic system must be abandoned that currently <br />serves the residence on Lot 1. The subdivider and future owner of Lot 1 are hereby <br />advised that a new septic system must be installed to serve the existing residence <br />on Lot 1 prior to occupancy. <br />The subdivider and future owner of Lot 1 is hereby advised of the minimum lot <br />area requirements of Section 11.03, Subdivision 24 of the Subdivision Regulations <br />of the Orono Municipal Code that would require the exclusion of all private <br />pedestrian or vehicular easement areas from the dry buildable area of a lot. <br />The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br />County Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before July 8, 1996 <br />together with a certified original copy of this resolution. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall exp’ .ue plat has not been filed by the <br />date specified above.
