It will be your responsibility to provide a preliminary <br />survey locating the sewer line so that the City Engineer can determine the width of <br />the easement with final plat. <br />Council has conditioned preliminary approval of your replat on the existing stmctures being <br />removed per the following schedule: <br />1. Two boarded up residential structures located on proposed shared lot line to be <br />removed before January 30th. <br />2. Tlie rental structure and detached garage to be removed by February 29th. <br />To ensure the removal of these structure, the City Council asks that you execute the enclosed <br />Developer ’s Agreement to be accompanied by a Letter of Credit written to 150% of the cost of the <br />removal of the structures. Please contact my office if you have any questions pertaining to the <br />completion of the Developer ’s Agreement. If certain structures are razed and the debris from the <br />demolition removed prior to the January 8th meeting, the Developer ’s Agreement and Letter of <br />Credit may be amended or adjusted accoidingly. <br />The original resolution that set forth the conditions of the Planning Commission approval w ill be <br />amended to refiect the amended variance facts once the amended development plan is provided to <br />the City. <br />Please contact my olTice if you have any questions pertaining to the directives noted above.
